***Main Sanctuary (On Yom Kippur, Sanctuary ticket-holders must be in their seats by 5:45 pm to retain their reserved seat for concluding services.)

We begin and conclude these holy days as one community, as the Auditorium Parallel Service and Young Professionals Service congregation join with the Main Sanctuary Service congregants in the SPS Main Sanctuary for Rosh Hashanah Evening (September 29 & 30) and Yom Kippur Concluding (Neilah) Services October 9.

COOPERATION
Seats in the Main Sanctuary are assigned. To avoid embarrassment, please occupy your designated seat(s).
Please do not engage in unnecessary conversation. It is distracting to those conducting the service and to your neighbors.
1. The Synagogue provides prayer books, prayer shawls and head coverings.
2. Services will follow the time schedule printed on the back of your ticket.
3. Doors will be closed during the Rabbi’s sermons.

SECURITY
The Synagogue leaders have taken prudent measures to protect our congregants. Please note:
1. Tickets must be shown before entering the building and at the entrance to each service.
2. Trained security operatives, will be at the entrance door of the Synagogue building during the Rosh Hashanah, Kol Nidre and Yom Kippur Services.
3. Limit the items you carry with you to the Synagogue.
4. Time your arrival at the Synagogue (especially on Kol Nidre) to allow for the delay that may be caused by these security procedures.

Reminder: The entire community joins together in the sanctuary for the Mincha, Ma’ariv, and Neilah service at the end of Yom Kippur. We recognize that there are people who have assigned seats and there are people who are there without assigned seats. We do our best to designate which seats are reserved with signs left on the seats. If you are not in your assigned seat by 5:30 pm, it is possible that someone else will be in it. Given that the entire service is standing, we ask for everyone’s patience, flexibility, and cooperation as we celebrate our entire community together, at the end of the holiest day in the Jewish year.
