As individuals, we are constantly challenging ourselves professionally, personally, and spiritually. We strive to open our minds to new ideas, to travel and explore new cultures, to have deeper conversations with our loved ones. Today, as a community, we want to invite you to take on a new challenge with us. This challenge will ask us to question our assumptions, listen to previously unheard voices, and step outside our comfort zones.
Our country has been enveloped in two great pandemics – of course, COVID-19, but also the racial injustice that continues to pervade all aspects of life. In thinking about what we can do as individuals and as a community, we are excited to invite you to join us for a “Racial Equity & Social Justice Challenge.” Over the next 21 weeks, we will go on a journey of exploration as we think about who we are and who we want to be. Each week, we will share an article, a podcast, a video, or a self-reflection challenge that will take no more than 30 minutes to complete. If you are interested in joining us on this journey, please register below. Throughout the coming months, we will host discussion sessions and community conversations that will serve as a safe space for us to learn from one another, share our challenges, and digest all that we will learn. There is so much to do and so much to learn, but let’s start with this and see where it takes us.
