BoCo Dinner & A Movie Night
Thursday, January 26 @ 7 pm
According to fillmaker Gur Bentwich, Bentwich Syndrome
is a phenomenon which causes the sufferers to glorify their
family and exaggerate its importance, in this case, that his
own much-maligned and eccentric family served as God’s
gift to Zionism and enlightened Judaism! This zany adventure
follows Gur, as he uncovers his history, and a remarkable story-
funny, implausible and sometimes tragic, of fervent Zionists,
inspired artists, and outrageously determined rebels.
Join us in the sanctuary for a light dinner and shmooze
before the film, which is 70 minutes long.
$20 per person, please RSVP to boco@spsnyc.org
